02How we use your information
We use personal information where necessary to fulfil orders and manage subscriptions; provide customer support; process payments, returns and refunds; operate and improve our website; prevent fraud and protect our business; meet legal and accounting obligations; and send marketing communications where we are permitted to do so.
Our lawful bases may include performance of a contract, compliance with a legal obligation, our legitimate interests and your consent, depending on the particular processing activity.
03Who receives your information
We use service providers to operate ESPRĒN, including Shopify, payment providers, delivery carriers, email and marketing providers, professional advisers and other suppliers required to run the business.
We provide them only with the information reasonably necessary for the relevant service.
We may also disclose information where required by law.

Some of the service providers we use may process personal information outside the UK.
Where UK data-protection law requires safeguards for an international transfer, we rely on an appropriate lawful transfer mechanism.
