Why it's on our shelf
The V60 is the dripper most baristas reach for first. Steep 60° cone for even extraction, spiral ridges that let air escape during the bloom, and a single open hole that puts pour control entirely in the brewer's hands. It's harder to master than a flat-bottom dripper, but it rewards the effort with the most articulate cup in pour-over.

II. Warranty
90-day manufacturer warranty from Hario, covering manufacturing defects on non-electric ceramic items.
Accidental breakage and normal wear are not covered — ceramic is fragile by nature. If anything fails out of the box, email hello@espren.co.uk with a photo and we'll send a replacement.
Beyond the warranty window, we'll still help you find a replacement at cost.
III. Shipping & Returns
UK delivery — free on orders over £45. Below that, Royal Mail Tracked at £3.95 (under £30) or £6.95 (£30 and up).
Dispatch within 1–2 working days of order. Royal Mail Tracked 48 — most UK addresses 2–3 days from there.
International — equipment ships internationally on quote. Email hello@espren.co.uk with your destination and we'll come back with a courier rate.
Returns & faulty items — if your order arrives damaged, faulty, or different to what was ordered, you have 14 days from delivery to let us know. Email hello@espren.co.uk with your order number, a photo, and a short description.
Equipment returns must be in original packaging and unused. Manufacturer warranty repairs are handled through us — we coordinate the parts, the service, and the return shipping.
